Protecting your data and your account is a priority. Here are the measures in place on our platform.
Stronger sign-in
Every client can enable two-factor authentication (2FA): in addition to the password, a 6-digit code generated by an authenticator app is required. Passkeys and security keys (fingerprint, face recognition, device PIN) are also supported.
Constant vigilance
An alert is sent to you whenever you sign in from a new device. Repeated attempts are automatically limited, and inactive sessions expire after a set period.
Protected documents
Supporting documents submitted for identity verification are encrypted (AES-256) before being stored. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Supervised administration
Access to the administration area always requires two-factor authentication, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
Our recommendations
Enable two-factor authentication from the Security section of your client area, use a unique password, and never share your codes: our team will never ask you for them.
